Louise: Excited for Autumn

So Summer is very nearly over so I thought I would share with you some of the things I am looking forward to this Autumn.

The first thing would have to be the changing colours in the landscape. Reds, oranges and browns make for great photo opportunities. The crunching of the leaves under your feet. There's something really satisfying about walking down a lonely path under the trees, kicking your feet though fallen leaves.

Autumn also means its time for a wardrobe upgrade. Long socks, chunky knits and fleecy scarves. I know in some places this would be a bit much but here it gets cold really quickly. Autumn is also the time for darker nail polish and berry lip colours! I'm dying to try out Tanya Burr's nail polish in Riding Hood! As for foot wear, say goodbye to your dolly shoes and ballet flats, it's time to get out your booties. I have bought some Chelsea boots for this Autumn and are excited to start wearing them.

Lastly, Candles! Autumn candle scents are by far my favourites a mixture vanilla, woody, burnt scents.
