I managed to get my hands on this months edition of Elle magazine and with this issue they gave away a free sample of the new Benefit Roller Lash mascara, so thought I would let you know what my first impressions of this mascara are.
Firstly I love the packaging of this little sample, I love the pink and black! The brush has plastic bristles and personally I prefer the plastic ones, that is why I like the Maybelline mascaras so much! When applying this mascara you can really feel the brush grab your lashes.
This is a very black mascara, It really lengthens as well as adding volume and holds a curl nicely. It is very dramatic and I would not wear this on a daily basis however I think it will look great with nice smokey eyeshadow. Great for a night out!
Overall I really like this mascara so far and will look into purchasing the full mascara once I have finished the sample.
