Louise: February Favourites

I don't have a large selection of things to share with you this month, however I do have a few things that I think are worth mentioning.

For Valentines day Nic got me a couple of the Zoella Fizz Bars. These are amazing, they smell lovely and are a great addition to any bath! However they are very tough to break, you may have to take a hammer to them!

I recently picked up the new Maybelline Mascara, Lash Sensational. I love this mascara and it is the only one I have used since I bought it. It has a plastic wand which I think is very comparable to the wand of the new benefit roller lash in that it is the same shape and the bristles vary in length.

There are two lip products that I have been really enjoying recently and neither are new products. The first is the Rimmel Apocalips, especially the shades Nova and Celestial. I have found myself reaching for these again as they are really long lasting and I really like the applicator. It has a sort of hollow in the middle which stores the product meaning you don't have to re-dip. The second is the Tanya Burr lip glosses, mostly Aurora. I love the formulation of these glosses, they are super creamy and not at all sticky.

I mentioned the book, Gone Girl in my December Favourites and this month I bought the film. I really enjoyed it however I am glad that I read the book first as I found the film much easier to follow. Having said this Nic, who has not read the book, also really enjoyed the film.
