Louise: March / April Favourites

I didn't post a March favourites as I didn't feel I had much to share so this post covers both March and April.

For my Birthday Nic bought me the Soap and Glory Rich and Foamous Body wash. I love all the Soap and Glory body washes but this one has a completely different scent to the others. It's an Almond, Oats & Brown Sugar Scent. It smells edible. Nic has also been enjoying this one. Luckily I received two bottles of this for my Birthday, we have almost finished the first one already.

You may have seen my Body Shop post a few weeks ago, of those products mentioned there have been two that I have been using constantly. The first being the Camomile Cleansing Butter. This is my new everyday makeup remover. Because it is oil based it is not as drying as some cleansers I have used in the past, which at the moment is just what my skin needs.

The second Body Shop product I have been really loving is the Honey and Oat 3 in 1 scrub mask. Many masks disappoint me because I like to see an immediate difference in my skin when washing them off. With this mask I see a difference straight away. It leaves my skin looking much brighter, clearer and feeling amazing. I have been using it at least twice a week.

My go to nail polish recently has been Essie's Merino Cool. It is a grey toned lilac. I think this has been the perfect nail colour for the transition from winter to spring. I really love the formula of the Essie polishes and they last well on my nails.

I am not normally a lipstick person however I picked this one up from the Bourjois, Rouge Edition range. The shade I chose was 04 Rose Tweed. It's a lovely pinky nude, but its not too brown. I am too pale to wear brown toned lip colours, they don't look right on me. These are not the most long lasting Lipsticks but they are not drying either.

I also picked up a lipgloss from the Bourjois, Rouge Edition Aqua Laque range in the shade 02 Rose on the rocks. This colour is almost identical to the shade of the lipstick and they compliment each other really well. I've never had a Bourjois lipgloss before and I really like the quality of this one, its a nice creamy formula and not at all sticky.

As for TV shows, recently I have been binge watching Pretty Little Liars on Netflix. I am currently on Series 4 and loving it. It is highly addictive and I have been watching it at any opportunity I get.

Lastly, Nic and I went to see the new Marvel Avengers film on Friday night and it was amazing! I am a big fan of all the Marvel films and this one did not disappoint. Definitely go and check it out if you like this sort of film.
