My third Halloween look is inspired by the character of Ursula from the Disney animation, The Little Mermaid.
I used mesh and dabbed on turquoise and purple shimmery eyeshadows to create a scale-like effect.
I then used a matte purple eyeshadow to fill in the eyebrows and used the shimmer shadows on the lid and lower lash line. I also ran some black shadow along the top lash line.
For the lips I used the Rimmel Kate Moss Eye Shadow Sticks and started with the shade 'Deep Amethyst' which is a lovely deep purple, before adding 'Pure Turquoise' to the centre of the lip, and blended. I love these eye shadow sticks, they went on really smooth (even though I was using them on lips rather than eyes!)
I am really happy with the way the scales worked out but I wish I had done more once I had taken the mesh off, but I couldn't put it back on. I might try this technique again.
