Halloween makeup look number 4! This look is based on the character of the White Witch from the Chronicles of Narnia.
I started off with my usual base however this time I put foundation and concealer over my lips and eyebrows also.
I then used Benefit's Hoola bronzer to lightly contour my cheekbones.
I then took a light blue shimmery eyeshadow and lined my top and lower lash line.
I then applied clear brow gel to my brows and lashes before packing on lots of white eyeshadow.
Using Benefit's high beam I then highlighted my cheek bones and brow bones before adding glitter over the top.
I then finished off with the Maybelline Baby Lips in 'Pink Punch'.
