If you saw my festive jam tarts blog post you will know that I am not the biggest fan of mince pies however as I had some pastry left over I thought I may as well make a few. I made these the same way as I made the tarts but filled with Mince rather than jam and I topped with circle pastry shapes rather than holly shapes. I also glazed these with a bit of milk to make them slightly more golden.
